I came across the card on the left on the Paper Crafts Magazine blog and I just loved the way the "awesome" was popped off the card. It had such great dimension to it.
I knew I could try something similar with my Silhouette SD, it was just a matter of having the perfect alpha and the time to put it all together. Meg Mullens has a new alpha coming out tomorrow called "Burlap Alpha" and it was perfect for this. I used some papers from her "Alphabet Collection: B is For... " and A Mom's Heart."

Got Cravings? Card {hybrid}
Another super easy card that is super cute (in my humble opinion, of course)! I used Dani Mogstad's Here We Grow Digital Stamps and colored in the pickle with a paper from her Deep Blue Sea kit. I used Darcy Baldwin's font called Jewel for the sentiment.

Ribbon Scraps Card {hybrid}
My new favorite card ever! And it was one of the easiest ones to make too!
I have a lot of ribbon scraps from various projects that I keep in a little bag and I finally got them all out, organized them, and then printed off some free wordart from Karla Dudley and added in the words "sew much." I stitched them to the card - voila, my new favorite card! Incredibly simple.
Happy crafting!

Cute Little Easter Chicks {hybrid}
I'm gonna leave these little cuties out for the easter bunny to put in the baskets this Sunday. I saw how to make these chicks here and figured they were easy enough for me to try! My boys would have loved to make them with me but I want them to be a surprise, of course!

Happy Easter Cards {hybrid}
I have always loved the elements Lauren Grier had in her 'Mr. Cutie Patootie' kit, which is retired (boo!). I used them in some cards I made for Easter along with the Card Patterns Sketch 111.

Flower Card {hybrid} SSSC112
I really love the colors on this card! The papers are all digital and were printed off from the newest collab from Meghan Mullens and Traci Reed called Eco-Mama coming out tomorrow at Sweet Shoppe Designs. I used the Sweet Sunday Sketch 112. It's a little hard to see but I used my Silhouette SD to cut out the frame, the pennants, and the flower.

Get Well Soon Card {hybrid} - GS #82
I love the colors in the kit that I used for this card - it's from the kit Can't Hold Me Down by Lauren Grier. Lauren is in the hospital right now and is in need of all the thoughts and prayers on can give. I made this card in honor of her, using the Get Sketchy sketch #82 for this week.
Here is the sketch:

MOJO185
Okay, so I'm not in love with the sentiment on this card, in fact, I think I may just change it before I send it out to anyone. It bothers me the more I think about it, lol...but anyway, here is the card I made for the Mojo Monday Sketch 185. I used "Spring's a Hoot" coming out tomorrow at Sweet Shoppe Designs by Meghan Mullens.

Noisy, Colorful, and Lively Card {hybrid}
I was recently introduced to the Get Sketchy blog and of course had to play this week! I also used a quote from the April portfolio challenge at Sweet Shoppe Designs and Meg Mullens and Kristin Cronin-Barrow's A Wonderful World kit.
