Pretty Box

Krisi's Kreations has the cutest box template available today at Scrap Matters.  It's called Not Straight Up: Hybrid Boxes and this is what I came up with using Smitten by Kathy Winters Designs at Scrappity-Doo-Dah.  I could see making these for a shower favor and sticking a little treat inside - I think the guests would just love it!
So head on over to Scrap Matters and pick it up!

Evening Purse from Krisi's Kreations

It's called an Evening Purse and it's new today from Krisi's Kreations at Scrap Matters.  I think it would be just perfect for a favor bag for a shower or a small gift.  It comes in two sizes - a larger size that uses 2 sheets of cardstock or a smaller size that just uses 1.  I made the smaller one and I think it's just adorable.  I used one of my favorite kits with it - Traci Reed's Hip to Be kit found at Sweet Shoppe Designs.

So hop on over to Scrap Matters and pick up the new template from Krisi's Kreations.  I know you'll love it!

Happy Scrapping!

Busy as a Bee

That's me!  When the boys are sleeping I'm busy doing my hobby.

Just look at what I've been up to!

First off, new from Krisi's Kreations - Flip Top Box.  It was one of the easiest things I've ever made.  Wow!  Krisi made her kit into a little treat box - you'll have to head over to Scrap Matters and check it out.  For my box, I used the Sweet Shoppe Designs collab kit - See Jane Smile that was part of the Digi Files last month.  I love that kit!

Next up, I made a coordinating birthday card to go with it.  Sweet Shoppe's birthday is this month and they are having a huge celebration.  A contest they are having is to make a card for the shoppe - this is what I did (it's also for my Mom who celebrates her birthday this month as well).

This next one I did as part of Log Your Memory's Sweet Talk Challenge and my February Portfolio at Sweet Shoppe - I really like how it turned out.  I used Misty Cato's Adoration kit.

This one is for Log Your Memory again - I had fun with it and got to use some silly photos!  Credits are listed below it.
Kristin Cronin-Barrow - All About Him
Melissa Bennett - Boy Crazy
Darcy Baldwin - Gimme Space
Doreen Stolz - Dream a Little Dream
Digi Chick Collab - Every Life has a Story - recolored alpha

New from Krisi's Kreations!!

You have to check this out, seriously!  I was so excited when I found out this was the new release this week at Scrap Matters.  It's a envelope for your cards.  It comes with 5 different template options.  How cool!  It is called Cover It Up: Invitation:

I made a coordinating card with the Block It: V.1 Template and the collab kit Love Letters by Down This Road Designs and Jacabean at Brownie Scraps.
I just love how they both turned out!
Happy Scrapping!

Holy cool hybrid project batman!

This is going to knock your socks OFF!  If you want a really cool and fairly easy
hybrid project to do, this is it!  It's from Krisi's Kreations and it's a
Matchbook Album.  You can find it here:  Matchbook Albums at Scrap Matters.
It comes with three different sized printable templates.  I made the 4x4
matchbook.  I made a little album for Nathan to look through when we're
in the car that lists numbers and how they are spelled.
You should really head over to Scrap Matters and see what the other CT members
made with this - I had to pick my jaw off of the floor!

Happy Scrapping everyone!

New from Krisi's Kreations!

Wow, Krisi has some really cool new templates for you over at Scrap Matters
today! The first is Label Me Up: Bottles and More. If you like to give wine
bottles or other bottled items away as gifts this is the perfect way to personalize
them! She also has Label Me Up: Water available today. I think this
would be a super idea for a birthday party favor or in my case, a great
stress reliever for a friend. I took a water bottle and filled it up with
some glitter. I added some tape to the top of the bottle so it can't come
off, added my label and voila - a cool little relaxational item!

Happy Scrapping everyone!
